Mirrors Bar is the perfect place to eat, drink and relax in Wolverhampton. Mirrors Bar has stunning décor exudes style and glamour with soft lighting and quality furnishings to set the scene for relaxing lunches, small business lunches,  and drinks with friends or even cocktails late into the evening on Friday and Saturday night. The Mirrors team have been through intensive training and having been trained by the best in the industry you can be sure of a drinking experience like no other.

It was such a fantastic evening and such an honour to have had two of our restaurants put forward for this award, it was great to see the community of Birmingham have come together to celebrate what we love best, food and drink.

Meet the Anju’s Team

As one of the Best Indian Restaurants in Wolverhampton, Anju’s have hand-picked their team of chefs from across the globe who each bring them their own unique culinary arts and flavours to the Anju’s kitchen.

Head Chef Vinod

Vinod has grown quickly through the ranks to become Head Chef at Anju’s Indian Restaurant in Wolverhampton. Growing up in Uttrakhand in Northern India, Vinod began his culinary career in 1999 where he started working in India’s high end establishments such as the renowned Taj Group of hotels, then on to the Le Meridien Pune in India and then further afield to work at the Le Meridien hotel in Dubai.

Having moved to England in 2009, Vinod began working at Indian Restaurants in the South Eastern parts of the UK before starting work at Anju’s Indian Restaurant in Wolverhampton in 2012. Vinod is a natural Head Chef with a passion for delivering high quality and delicious Indian food.

In his spare time Vinod likes to spend time with his family and friends, eating out, visits to the cinema and of course cooking!
