Our new club and spa is just that, with highly trained lifestyle and beauty consultants on hand to help you make the most of your fitness and leisure time.
Available to members and guests is state-of-the-art gym equipment with cardio vascular, functional and resistance training areas. The equipment, provided by industry leaders, Matrix, is designed to match the body’s motion for an unrivalled smooth feel with unique features to guarantee enhanced comfort, ease of use and safety. And for your entertainment, each cardio machine is fitted with its own individual TV screen.
Also included is a fitness studio for group exercise plus chill out areas. Classes have limited numbers to ensure individual guidance for all. And don’t worry if you’re short of time; classes will last between 15 and 30 minutes to fit with today’s hectic schedules. If you want a more intensive workout, just stay on for the next back-to-back session.
Beauty products and treatments come from Italy with the Comfort Zone range. Used exclusively in the finest spas, this is Comfort Zone’s first link with the Midlands. They focus on extraordinary and long lasting results that will make every Park Hall Spa experience absolutely unique.
